LABodyworx is passionate about providing Wellness Programs that will profoundly change the way we live and work today. We are dedicated to provide tools that will allow employees to deal with stressful situations, improve personal health and well-being as well as find peace of mind in a world that is constantly changing.

It is our goal to make these Wellness programs a standard in the American work life.

Our customers are visionary companies with forward thinking ideas. These companies understand that the integrity of a company is only as strong as the integrity of the individuals who work in those companies.

According to a survey by NIOSH in California, the number of Workers' compensation claims for mental stress increased by almost 700 % over the last eight years! Why are these numbers so high?

It is because we are constantly bombarded with information and we don't know how to unplug and recharge our batteries. As a result, we feel drained tired and stressed out.

To give you a metaphor, think of a water filter in a swimming pool. If you don't clean the filter from time to time, the filter will become clogged and increasingly ineffective.

Many companies feel that in order to stay competitive they have to push harder and work longer hours. What they don't know is that the filter is clogged up and needs cleaning.
The benefits of working harder will be canceled out by more ineffectiveness, stress, accidents and absenteeism, and other symptoms related to job stress.

Before we can increase the speed, we need learn how to handle stress.

It is necessary to implement corporate wellness programs that address these problems.
It is not enough to hope that the individual will do something about it, because most won't. Considering that we spend most of our day at work, it is in the interest of companies to provide tools that allow employees to handle stress and live a happier and more fulfilled life.
