Stressful
situations are unavoidable in both our personal and professional
life. This class does not focus on ways to eliminate stressful
situations in our life, but teaches us how to be less affected
by the stress we experience. The program consists of various
guided 30-minute meditations that teach the participant how
to deal with stress, relax the body, calm the busy mind, and
return to a state of clarity and rejuvenation. The classes
can be held daily, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.
